- National RMNCAYH programme monitoring through annual district reviews and provision of relevant technical support
- Maintaining and upgrading of electronic Reproductive Health Management Information System [eRHMIS] and other web-based information systems

- Preparation of Annual Report for FHB, Quarterly Newsletters, progress reports, feedback letters and other documents relevant to RMNCAYH Programme
- Formulation of relevant duty lists and guidelines for Public Health Staff
- Assessment of human resource and other resource availability and need for human resource management and advocacy
