How to lose weight fast with no exercise? In this video I am trying the Sirtfood diet (Adele's weight loss diet) after seeing Adele's amazing 40 lbs weight loss. I gave it a go for 2 weeks, meaning the Phase 1 and 1 week of Phase 2 - the maintenance phase. I was amazed to see the results of this diet, considering I did ZERO exercise. I didn't do anything out of what is shown in here, no weight loss pills, no supplements, no other change other than just this diet. This video was originally so long, because I was trying to pack all the info and tips into it, but I realized it would get pretty boring for most of you. I few more tips I wanted to add - - Remember I am just a guinea pig, I'm a regular person, not a nutritionist or a doctor and this is just a video for your entertainment documenting my personal experience. Your results may be different than mine, if you have any medical issues, please talk to your doctor before trying this. - The book actually mentions this diet is not recommended for pregnant women, diabetics, children or people with a BMI lower than 18.5 %. This is due to the calorie restriction, however all these groups could benefit greatly from adding the sirtfoods to their diets. - The original Sirtfood book by the creators Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten is here (This is not an affiliate link) - https://www.amazon.com/Sirtfood-Diet-Aidan-Goggins/dp/1501163795/ref=sr_1_3?crid=7FAQZPIHUXF5&dchild=1&keywords=sirtfood+diet&qid=1601496017&sprefix=s10+cover%2Caps%2C242&sr=8-3 - The recipe for the Green Juice is: 2 large handfuls of kale, 1 large handful or arugula (rocket), 2-3 stalks of celery, 1 small handful of parsley, Half of green apple, Juice of half a lemon, 1 inch chopped ginger, Half a teaspoonful of Green Matcha (added to the first 2 juices of the day in phase 1) -The sirtfood bites are made out of walnuts, pitted medjool dates, dark chocolate, 1 spoonful of cocoa powder, 1 spoonful of olive oil, 1 spoonful of turmeric, vanilla extract. Blend in food processor and if not sticky enough add a bit of water (or coffee, or red wine or dark rum.. yes I made that up myself ha!) 'Roll into balls and roll the balls in cocoa powder, chopped walnuts or coconut flakes.
