What is Penile Girth Enhancement?

Penile girth enhancement (PGE) consists on an assortment of medical or surgical techniques designed to increase the heft of the human penis. The most common procedures are surgical implantation of autologous fat, hard silicone prosthesis, biologic scaffoldings, and nonsurgical grafting of temporary or permanent soft tissue fillers.
