I started doing the gummy runs because I decided to run the NYC Marathon this year (which is tomorrow 11/5/23 and I hope to see you there!), had to raise $3,500 for the team I was on, and figured they would be a fun way to incorporate running into my content/help me raise the money. I had heard about the benefits of utilizing cannabis for workouts, but had a friend (Timm Chiusano) tell me about incorporating them into runs both to help make the experience a little more intense in certain ways, but very fun in others.
