Mounjaro & Phentermine | Q&A Series | Extreme Weight-loss?

I've been successful many times on Phentermine alone but always go back to old eating habits and therefore gain my weight back gradually. I take it, if I feel I absolutely need it while on Mounjaro but I make sure I do not become dependent of it.
