Knowledge, attitudes and practices on healthy lifestyle-related behaviours among youth trainees attached to youth training centres in Sri Lanka

Abstract

A descriptive cross-sectional study conducted among youth trainees attached to youth training centres in Sri Lanka to assess knowledge, attitudes and practices related to healthy lifestyle behaviours. The study included 425 participants selected using random sampling, with information collected using a self-administered questionnaire.
